The Parse FWD Data Tool allows for the conversion of raw FWD files (*.f25 or *.fwd file format) to a format that is easy to understand. The parsed data is exported to a Microsoft Excel file, from which further plotting and analysis can be done. This exported file can then be easily converted into the template files for importing into the Rubicon Toolbox Manual and Automated Backcalculation tool.
Getting Started
The Parse FWD Data Tool is accessed through the Deflection Analysis icon on the Rubicon Toolbox Online Tools.
Click on the
Deflection Analysis
icon and select
Parse FWD File
from the list. The
Parse FWD Data
page will open.
Parsing the Data Files
Since the source file and output file is saved on your PC, the results are not saved online. The data can be parsed as and when required.
